The Client Experience
Not too long ago, I was in the wonderful position of being able to hand a check to a client that was $20,000 more than what she had anticipated getting for her case. Seeing how moved she was to receive this surprise extra amount was one of the best moments of my career. See my TikTok about the experience. I do a better job there of explaining how absolutely fulfilling it was to be able to help her.
Special moments like these are one of the main reasons why we at Greer Law do what we do for a living. As far as I’m concerned, the best motivation for doing the work we do is to be able to help people. And when we are able to deliver more than what the client was expecting. . . well, that’s a feeling that is hard to beat.
